Utopia Studios Bearsville, owned and operated by multi-platinum studio and live engineer Pete Caigan, is located at the iconic Utopia Complex in Woodstock, New York. Utopia offers cutting-edge facilities for music and film production, tour rehearsals, and live album recording from Bearsville Theater.

Boasting a spacious live room, full lighting grid, and an API AXS Legacy Recording Console, the studio is equipped with everything artists and producers need to create their next masterpiece.

The space has a storied history as Todd Rundgren's former studio, built by Albert Grossman as part of the Bearsville Recording Empire and featuring architectural design by John Storyk.

Utopia was operated by Radio Woodstock as their broadcast facility and music production house from 2003-2019. Purchased by entrepreneur Lizzie Vann in 2019, it has completely been renovated and brought back to its original glory.

Caigan's experience with artists like Sarah McLachlan and Newport Festivals makes Utopia an unparalleled destination for creativity.
